I believe that support should feel accessible during life’s hardest seasons.

  • Insurance: I accept most major insurance plans. Please reach out to confirm if your plan is covered.

  • Self-Pay: $125 per Individual Session. If you are not using insurance, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate of costs before starting services.

  • Payment: Payments are accepted securely online at the time of each session.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.

 

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1 (800) 368-1019. Keep a copy of this Good Faith Estimate in a safe place or take pictures of it. You may need it if you are billed a higher amount.
